To our past, current, and future customers,
COVID-19 has forced us to adapt our processes in order to best serve you. As the situation continues to develop, we wanted to update you on the precautions we’re taking to evolve our operation and protect you and your family.
Window World is “open for business” as it relates to normal office functions and are taking extra precautions as it relates to entering your home, but we have implemented a variety of safety measures in accordance with CDC and state recommendations. These changes include our in-home cleanliness standards and recent updates to our installation process.
Keep reading to learn more about our adjusted processes, and as always, thank you for your understanding and support during this time.

When entering your home, it’s our job to create an environment that’s safe and comfortable for both you and our staff. Here is what you can expect from us inside your home.
Our technicians and representatives will refrain from shaking hands or any physical contact during your consultation.
If you are not feeling well on your scheduled appointment date, contact us, and we’ll be happy to reschedule your consultation.
Before entering your home, our team members thoroughly wash their hands and sanitize any products and materials.
As we take measurements throughout your home, we’ll notify you each time we change rooms so you and your family can relocate as needed.
Although the majority of our installation services occur on the exterior of your home, your safety remains our #1 priority. That’s why we’ve taken several additional precautions to fully protect you and your family on installation day.
If your assigned installer is not feeling well on the day of your installation, we’ll contact you and reschedule your appointment.
Should we need to enter your home, our technicians will remain at least six feet from you and your family members.
If inside your home, you will be notified ahead of time so you can self-isolate in a room separate from your installer.
From all of us here at Window World of Pittsburgh, you are in our thoughts. We are grateful for your business and look forward to continuing to help you complete your home renovations. We will get through this together!
