Location: Pittsburgh, PA
Compensation: 1099 Independent Contractor Partnership | Weekly Pay | Uncapped Earning Potential
Are you an experienced replacement window, door, or siding installation crew looking for consistent work, reliable pay, and a company that respects your trade? Window World of Akron is seeking established, professional installation crews to join our trusted contractor network.

Your Qualifications:
- Proven Installation Experience: Significant experience installing replacement windows, doors, siding, or related exterior remodeling products.
- Professional Crew Standards: Reliable, punctual crews who represent the Window World brand well on every job site.
- Quality-First Workmanship: A strong commitment to completing projects correctly, efficiently, and with attention to detail.
- Customer-Focused Mindset: Ability to leave each job site clean, organized, and with the customer feeling confident in the work completed.
- Lead-Safe Certification: Current certification preferred, or willingness to obtain.
- Reliable Tools & Transportation: Must have dependable transportation, proper tools, and a professional installation crew.
- Insurance Requirements: General Liability and Workers’ Compensation insurance required.
- Background Check: Ability to pass a standard background check.

Location: Pittsburgh, PA
Compensation: Uncapped Commission (Six-Figure Potential)

We are a family-owned business with over 20 years of proven honesty and loyalty to our employees and contractors, spanning six locations from Toledo to Pittsburgh.

- Experience with gutter/soffit/ fascia installation a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to learn quickly
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Must maintain all required insurances and certifications
